Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) provide potential buyers with information about the energy use and typical energy costs of a property. The EPC also gives an indication of the energy efficiency and recommends ways to reduce energy use and save money.

It is a legal requirement to provide an EPC within seven days of a property being marketed, although a property can be marketed as long as the EPC has been ordered. The responsibility of ordering the EPC is with the seller, although we are happy to arrange this for you.
