Once a sale has been arranged we will proactively progress the transaction from the top of the chain to the bottom keeping everyone informed of developments as they occur through regular contact with solicitors, Building Societies and all other links involved.

Energy Performance Certificate
It is a legal requirement to provide a EPC within seven days of a property being marketed although a property can be marketed as long as the EPC has been ordered. The responsibility of ordering the EPC is with the seller although we are happy to arrange this for you.
