Sales Property Consultant

We are looking for a Property Consultant with at minimum two years estate agency experience, to join our friendly team. Based at our busy Frimley Green Office.

Job Role

  • To have a full understanding of the buying and selling process to include the conveyancing process, following up sales and chain chasing.
  • Attending/assisting with morning meetings/planning your day- be prepared.
  • Reviewing performance and targets. Mails outs, letter dropping, hand delivery of details to local applicants, ring round to create viewing, board counts.
  • Conducting customer interviews – obtaining accurate details.
  • Create viewings/accompanying viewings
  • Vendor update/viewing feedback
  • Receiving offers and taking relevant information/checking chains/successfully negotiating sales
  • Letter writing, keeping and recording accurate information in your call book.
  • Taking and passing of messages
  • Understanding of computers. Accessing and inputting of correct information, including emails and website/portals together with being able to create a floor plan
  • Valuations and instructions.
  • Understanding camera and being able to take good quality photographs and downloading onto computer.
  • Full understanding of statistics, office, and personal targets.
  • Full understanding of office systems.
  • Understanding legislation surrounding property sales, i.e., Money laundering, GDPR etc.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Understanding of Rezi software an advantage.

Hours: 8.45am-6pm Monday-Friday

Lettings Administrator

Job Role

  • Liaise with new and existing landlords and tenants by telephone, e-mail and face-to-face
  • Create property details for all properties, ensuring they are always up to date with correct price and availability etc
  • Give feedback to all landlords on a regular basis with any advice needed to maximise the rent achievable
  • Take photographs of all new properties and existing “re-lets” when required, as well as any additional improvements and ensure they look their best when uploaded to the website
  • Arrange and accompany property viewings
  • IT literate – use of our company software (training will be provided)

Hours: 8.45am-5.30pm Monday-Friday. 9am-3pm one Saturday per month

Lettings Saturday Assistant

Job Role

  • Assist with conducting Saturday property viewings for potential tenants
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering any questions they may have
  • Collect and record feedback from potential tenants after viewings
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required

Hours: 9am-3pm Saturday (+ occasional holiday cover in the week)
Start: Immediately
