Luff & Wilkin – Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator with at least three to six months estate agency admin experience, to join our friendly team, based at our busy Frimley Green Office.

Job Role

The successful candidate will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills.

  • Provide general secretarial and admin support to the sales team
  • Prepare sales correspondence, fee invoices, and maintain property files
  • Create brochures, flyers, marketing material.
  • Organise EPC’s and place properties on the internet
  • Answer the phone, deal with enquiries, and take messages as required
  • Create mail merges, run reports, and send mail-outs
  • Scan and retain electronic copies of archived property files
  • Be responsible for general office housekeeping
  • Order stationery and maintain office supplies
  • Arrange property viewings and survey appointments when necessary 
  • Register new applicants and properties on the system
  • Carry out anti-money laundering checks and risk assessment on all vendors/purchasers
  • Report IT/software problems to the relevant company and follow up if required
  • Update property spreadsheet daily

Hours:  Monday-Friday. 8:30am-5:30pm 
Start: Immediately
Salary: Negotiable with experience.

Sales Negotiator, Frimley Green Office

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator with at least six months estate agency experience, to join our friendly team. Based at our busy Frimley Green Office.

Job Role

The successful candidate will be a confident individual with knowledge of the area, with excellent communication skills.

  • Accompany senior negotiator/manager at valuations
  • Answering and dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries
  • Arrange and attend property viewings and provide feedback
  • Proactively looking for business opportunities
  • IT literate – use of our company software

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday. 9am-5pm every other Saturday 
Start: Immediately
Salary: Excellent package to include – basic salary, commission and car allowance.

 Lettings Negotiator

We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator with at least one years experience in the industry. Based in our Frimley Green office.

Job Role

The successful candidate will be a confident individual with knowledge of the area, with excellent communication skills.

  • Proactively looking for business opportunities
  • Liaise with new and existing landlords and tenants by telephone, e-mail and face-to-face
  • Create property details for all properties, ensuring they are always up to date with correct price and availability etc.
  • Give feedback to all landlords on a regular basis with any advice needed to maximise the rent achievable.
  • Take photographs of all new properties and existing “re-lets” when required, as well as any additional improvements and ensure they look their best when uploaded to the website.
  • Arrange and accompany property viewings
  • IT literate – use of our company software

Hours: 8.30am-6pm Monday-Friday. 9am-3pm every other Saturday
Start: Immediately.
Salary: Excellent package to include – basic salary, commission and use of a company vehicle during working hours.
