Previously unforeseen difficulties such as illness or redundancy can lead to a tenant failing to pay the rent.

Luff Associates can provide a Rent Guarantee and Legal Expense Warranty through a fully authorised and regulated company to all our landlords (including Tenant Find Service) price on application.
