Holding Deposit – One week’s rent

Deposit:

Annual rents up to £50,000 – 5 week’s rent

Annual rents over £50,000 – 6 week’s rent

The holding deposit of one week’s rent is payable to secure a property while the reference process is taking place.

This amount will be deducted from the first month’s rent which is payable once the tenancy has been formally executed.

Other Fees

Alterations to the Tenancy Agreement during the tenancy – £50.00 inc VAT.

Late payment of rent over 14 days – 3% above the Bank of England base rate for each day the rent is outstanding

Replacement Keys – Dependent on cost of key, to be agreed at the time.
