Organising and managing independent inventory and check in/out

Organising gas safeties, legionnaires risk assessment, electrical safety check and Energy Performance Certificate

Paying the funds to landlord’s bank and raising statement

Advising utility companies of change of tenancy – for managed properties

Annual return submission to HMRC

Submitting overseas tax to HMRC
