A holding deposit of one week’s rent is payable to secure a property while the reference process is taking place.

This amount will be deducted from the first month’s rent and deposit which is payable before the

commencement of the tenancy.

For alterations during the tenancy, there will be a charge of £50.00 inc VAT.
