Saturday Viewing Assistant, Frimley Green Office

We are looking for a Property Viewing Assistant to join our friendly sales team at our office in Frimley Green to conduct accompanied viewings and general office work. Experience in the service industry would be an advantage and flexibility to work occasional week days for holiday cover.

Hours: 9am – 5pm This position is EVERY SATURDAY

Letting Valuer, Frimley Green Office

We are looking for an experienced Letting Valuer with a proven track record, with at least two years experience in the industry. Based at Frimley Green

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a confident individual with knowledge of the area, must be well presented with excellent communication skills.

Duties include:

  • Identify opportunities to drive the business forward
  • Creating marketing strategies to bring in new business and increase the property portfolio
  • Carry out property valuations
  • Liaise with new and existing landlords and tenants by telephone, e-mail and face-to-face
  • Organise the erection and collection of boards
  • Create property details for all properties, ensuring they are always up to date with correct price and availability etc.
  • Give feedback to all landlords on a regular basis with any advice needed to maximise the rent gained.
  • Take photographs of all new properties and existing “re-lets” when required, as well as any additional improvements and ensure they look their best when uploaded to website.
  • Answering and dealing with telephone and e-mail enquires
  • Assist with property viewings where necessary
  • Distribution of leaflets in area’s we have successfully let properties

Hours: 8.30am-6pm Monday-Friday. 9am-3pm Saturday (rota)
Start: As soon as possible.
Salary: Negotiable appropriate to your experience.

Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator, based in Camberley.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a confident individual with a courteous and professional telephone manner.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with day to day property maintenance.
  • Arranging quotes and repairs and dealing with contractors, landlords and tenants.
  • Dealing with check outs and deposit returns.
  • Sending check-in reports to landlords and tenants.
  • Obtaining current copies of liability insurance from contractors.
  • Keeping various spreadsheets updated.
  • Registering new appliance warranties.
  • Dealing with insurance claims.
  • Checking invoices and passing for payment.
  • Checking new files and updating our management information.
  • Keeping property information up to date.

Hours: 8.45am-6pm Monday-Friday plus one Saturday per month

Start: As soon as possible
Salary: Negotiable appropriate to your experience.
